What They're Looking For.
Must Have
bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering (Computer Science, IT, Electrical, or related field), minimum 8 + years of proven experience in solution or application architecture, software development, and enterprise systems, knowledge of software and application design principles, object-oriented programming, and architectural patterns, understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and engineering best practices, Knowledge of software quality assurance principles and secure software development lifecycle practices, Familiarity with UML and architecture modeling techniques, proven track record in producing high-quality architectural documentation, Hands-on experience in software development and coding, Excellent understanding of web-based and cloud technologies, Hands-on experience with microservices and REST APIs, containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes), Experience with data management systems, including SQL and NoSQL databases, and messaging/event-driven architectures, Familiarity with authentication, authorization, and SSO concepts (e. g. , OAuth, OpenID Connect) and cross-cutting concerns such as logging and monitoring, knowledge of Linux operating systems, scripting, networking fundamentals, VPNs, and firewall concepts, Experience with cloud computing platforms (e. g. , Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google Cloud), Experience with agile development methodologies, testing frameworks, unit testing, and test automation, Exposure to DevOps practices, tools, CI/CD pipelines (e. g. , Git, infrastructure as code, automation tools), organizational and leadership skills, Technical mindset and attention to detail, Excellent communication and presentation skills, Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, Ability to work in an agile and collaborative team environment, problem-solving and analytical skills, Good communication skills with the ability to interact with global stakeholders, Proven ability to take ownership and deliver tasks independently
