Following a holistic review and redesign across our professional services and scientific support portfolios, we are now focused on strengthening our critical capabilities, aligning our structures and systems with strategic priorities, and empowering our people to do what they do best. We are now recruiting a variety of newly established positions to help shape and embed these new ways of working._ WEHI is seeking an experienced digital communications professional to strengthen our social media and websites through engaging content development, channel optimisation and data-informed decision making. Working within the Engagement and Communications team and managing one direct report, this role combines website management, digital performance analysis and hands-on content creation, including short-form social video. You will use audience insights and platform analytics to identify opportunities for improvement and guide storytelling approaches, formats, timing and distribution. This role will suit a proactive and collaborative person who enjoys balancing creativity with technical expertise and is motivated by the opportunity to support world-leading medical research. **About the Position** The Digital Services Advisor is responsible for the optimisation and continuous improvement of WEHI’s digital communications platforms, ensuring digital services effectively support the institute’s scientific and commercial priorities while enhancing engagement with scientific, social, philanthropic, and fundraising communities globally and locally.
