About the job This position is needed to play a key role in further growing Twilio’s social impact organization. As our Digital Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for lead qualification, net new customer acquisition, solution selling, and closing deals within our self-service accounts, while upholding the Twilio Magic and driving forward with the ultimate goal to help our customers do good. Responsibilities In this role, you’ll: Be responsible for net new customer acquisition, managing an entire sales cycles to drive new revenue while maintaining the highest levels of customer satisfaction for accounts across community & social services, healthcare, traditional NGO’s, Humanitarian aid, Credit Union and other miscellaneous non-profit customers.
