We are looking for a **Digital Sales Manager** to lead a complex digital sales organization across three interconnected streams: **Outbound Campaign-based Sales/inside Sales** , **Specialist/Collaborative Sales** , and **Digital Self-service Channels**. You will drive performance across telesales campaigns, specialist support to field sales, and online sales channels, ensuring efficiency, conversion, and continuous optimization. In this role, you will combine a **strong analytical and data-driven mindset** with **managerial leadership** , overseeing both internal teams and external partners within a highly performance-oriented environment. **Your role at a glance:** * Lead a **structured sales organization** across multiple locations (Milan, Bologna, Tuscany). * Directly manage a layer of **team leaders (manager of managers)** responsible for operational teams. * Drive **sales performance through outbound campaigns** , managing the full funnel (contacts, conversion, productivity, ROI). * Oversee **external vendors and telesales providers** , ensuring efficiency, quality, and alignment with internal standards. * Implement and monitor a **data-driven sales model** , leveraging KPIs, dashboards, and analytics to optimize performance. * Strengthen a **collaborative selling model** , working
