If you’re energised by solving problems, spotting patterns, and turning data into meaningful action, this is your chance to contribute to a bank that’s bold, innovative and genuinely values the impact of great analytics. **What you’ll do** * Analyse digital sales funnel performance and deliver actionable insights to improve acquisition and conversion. * Support A/B and multivariate testing across digital journeys — from setup to interpreting results. * Maintain and enhance tracking frameworks, tagging, and campaign measurement across digital platforms. * Identify optimisation opportunities across the customer apply flow and support execution of improvements. * Build dashboards, reports and performance summaries for stakeholders and senior leaders. **What we’re looking for** * Experience with digital analytics platforms such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics, including tagging and QA, is essential. * Outstanding numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to turn data into clear insights and recommendations. * Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and experimentation principles. * A curiosity for digital optimisation, customer behaviour and conti
