What They're Looking For.

Must Have

French Speaker (Mandatory), 2–4 years of experience in inside sales, renewals, account management, or customer success, Demonstrated ability to independently execute high volume renewals, Experience using CRM systems to manage renewal workflows, Proven communication and negotiation skills, Ability to work autonomously, multitask, and prioritize

Nice to Have

Experience with subscription or recurring revenue business models, Background in data driven churn analysis or customer retention strategies, Familiarity with partner led sales motions or channel ecosystems, Experience forecasting renewal revenue or using dashboards to track pipeline health, Demonstrated ability to collaborate across sales, operations, and partner teams

What You'll Do.

Execute end to end renewal motions independently

Provide renewals coverage across segmented accounts

Defend the current customer base

Execute renewals accurately and independently

Drive and close seat expansions at renewal

Monitor auto renewal statuses

Intervene to prevent churn

Develop and maintain pipeline visibility

Maintain CRM discipline across all territory accounts

Identify customer needs

Improve retention outcomes

Reach renewal agreements

Enhance operational efficiency

Partner with Account Representatives

Initiate cross sell or expansion motions

Provide support for partner owned accounts

Share churn indicators

Share renewal blockers

Offer insights on packaging

Offer insights on product improvements
