GIDS delivers global omni-channel investor servicing, including contact centre, using digital services. **About the Role:** We are looking for a skilled QA Engineer with expertise in both manual and automation testing to join our Digital Development team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our digital investment products through rigorous testing processes. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to create and execute test plans, identify defects, and deliver high-quality software solutions that meet our clients' needs. **Your Responsibilities:** * Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for manual and automated testing. * Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing to ensure the quality of digital investment products. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop effective test strategies. * Develop and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar. * Identify, document, and track software defects, working with developers to ensure timely resolution. * Condu
