To learn more about ntegrity and the team click here! We’re looking for a remote Digital Project & Resourcing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be the central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders throughout the lifecycle of multiple projects. You will work closely with the Squad Lead and Client Success Manager to ensure optimal resource utilisation, strict timeline execution, and squad profitability. This role is remote and is based in Malaysia. It will begin as a contract position with the potential for ongoing employment after 12 months. About you - Possess 5+ years of project and resource management experience within a digital or creative agency. - Deliver end-to-end project management for diverse campaigns across social, video, web, OOH, and print from concept to completion. - Excel at multitasking, resource management, and prioritizing competing deadlines in fast-paced environments. - Communicate exceptionally well in English (both written and verbal) with an uncompromising attention to detail. Can navigate complex stakeholder relationships and confidently present timelines and deliverables directly to clients. - Maintain a highly structured workflow to ensure no project details ever slip through the cracks. - Apply a deep understanding of multi-channel nuances and champion a "platform-first" approach to content creation. - Utilise strong problem-solving skills to ensure high accuracy, consistency, and quality control across all work. - Bring familiarity with resource management tools, with hands-on experience in Kantata viewed as a distinct plus. - Can work in Melbourne timezone (AEDT/AEST) and attend client meetings virtually.
