What They're Looking For.
Must Have
1–2 years of digital project management or MarTech execution experience, specifically within the pharmaceutical marketing space, understanding of cross-channel digital campaigns (web and email-based delivery) and technical brief writing, Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable plans for both technical and non-technical audiences, Proven ability to work cross-functionally and maintain high-quality delivery in a fast-paced, launch-oriented environment, Bachelor’s degree required
Nice to Have
Expert-level proficiency with project management platforms, specifically Workfront and Smartsheet, A flexible, growth-oriented mindset with the initiative to take true ownership of "net-new" infrastructure projects
