Join our IT and Digitalization Team! You will be part of the Digitalization team, working in an international and diverse environment to drive digital transformation across ib vogt. Together, we deliver innovative solutions that improve efficiency and enable data-driven decisions across our renewable energy business. As Digital Program Manager you will support our digital transformation initiatives across IT, Digitalization, Data, and AI - contributing to portfolio governance, reporting, stakeholder engagement, and delivery coordination across the organisation. The right candidate is comfortable operating hands-on with digital tools and infrastructure, uses AI to accelerate their work, and brings the interpersonal skills to build effective working relationships across business and IT teams from day one. This is a growth role for an early-career PM with strong technical instincts who wants to develop into a senior Digital Program Manager within 2–3 years.
