Full Job Description

Ingram Content Group (ICG) is seeking a Digital Product Manager to join our team. This individual identifies development needs for the Covered and MediaScout products, factoring in customer needs, market development, and growth requirements. Develops and maintains direct communication and feedback loops with IT, Marketing, and internal and external customers. Monitors the content industry to stay abreast of marketing, data, and other industry trends, building them into the product vision and development roadmap. Works closely with the Catalog Services and Sales teams to identify educational opportunities and new service initiatives for customer facing products and services. Ingram Content Group (“Ingram”) connects people with content in all forms. Providing comprehensive services for publishers, retailers, libraries, and educators, Ingram makes these services seamless and accessible through technology, innovation, and creativity. With an expansive global network of offices and facilities, Ingram’s services include digital and physical book distribution, print-on-demand, and digital learning. Required Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree or year-for-year equivalent experience * 5 years publishing or equivalent experience in marketing or similar technology * 2 years project or digital product experience Preferred Qualifications: * Ability to apply sales forecasting * Ability to evaluate client accounts for profit potential * Ability to recognize obstacles and challenges, determine cause, and takes appropriate action to resolve. * Ability to develop and maintain successful relationships at all levels of client companies with emphasis on executive level. * Project Management skills * Time management skills Key Responsibilities: * Partners with internal and external stakeholders to identify product development needs. * Partners with IT to prioritize the development of the platforms, balancing competing priorities according to the Digital team strategy and vision while als
