Must Have

Strategic Ecommerce Acumen, Data-Driven Decision Making, Commercial Growth Mindset, Customer-Centric UX Strategy, Influential Communication, Agile Leadership, Proactive Problem Solver, Market Adaptability, Bilingualism is required, 4+ years of experience in Product Management, specifically within Ecommerce, D2C, or Digital-First brands, Mastery of Agile tools (Jira/Confluence), solid understanding of how APIs and modern MarTech stacks (CDPs, ESPs) integrate into the product experience

Nice to Have

An MBA or specialized certification in Product Management is a significant plus, Experience in telecoms an asset, Prior experience in high-volume subscription models or the telecom industry is an asset but not required for a candidate with strategic ecommerce bones

What You'll Do.

Own the end-to-end digital experience

identify friction points in the user journey and implement data-driven solutions to increase "Visit-to-Cart" and "Checkout" success rates

Act as the strategic "bridge" between technical squads and business stakeholders

translating high-level commercial goals into actionable

high-value user stories

Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation

Partner closely with Marketing and Growth teams to align product features with promotional calendars

and SEO/SEM strategies

Lead continuous discovery sessions to validate new features through rapid prototyping

and direct user feedback before full-scale development

Help the PO to present clear

data-backed business cases for new initiatives

ensuring alignment between technical feasibility and commercial ROI

Deeply influence core platform development and extract maximum value from strategic partnerships by clearly articulating technical needs

championing cross-departmental synergies

and prioritizing cost-effective

reusable technologies to drive organizational agility

Maintain a prioritized product backlog of user stories and features
