What They're Looking For.
Must Have
4–6 years of product management experience at an ecommerce, DTC, or consumer tech company, Demonstrated ability to own and ship product end-to-end, from discovery to post-launch measurement, experimentation instincts: comfortable designing tests, reading results, and making calls under uncertainty, Clear, direct written and verbal communication, equally comfortable in a Figma file, a Slack thread, or a leadership readout
Nice to Have
Experience with price testing or personalization platforms, Exposure to UX research methods, usability testing, customer interviews, heuristic review, Working knowledge of HTML/CSS or ability to read front-end code (not required to write it), Experience evaluating or deploying AI-native ecommerce features (semantic search, dynamic merchandising, LLM-powered chat/support), Familiarity with prompt engineering or building lightweight AI-powered workflows

**Job Title:** Digital Product Manager **Job Type:** Full-time / Remote **Work Hours:** PST **Job Overview:** We’re helping our client, a fast-growing DTC eCommerce company, find a **Digital Product Manager** to own and optimize the end-to-end digital experience across their website.
