Together, we make Every Moment Matter. Radisson Hotel Group is seeking a motivated Digital Experience Trainee to join our dynamic digital experience team at our corporate office in Brussels. This role involves managing enhancements and projects included in web releases, identifying improvement opportunities, and overseeing their implementation from start to finish. The trainee will work on projects that impact on the Radisson Hotel group hospitality business and push forward our digital landscape in a fast-paced, international environment. Previous experiences in managing web and mobile developments (enhancements, incidents/bugs), working with analytics tools such as Adobe analytics, quantum metrics and others are highly appreciated and a plus. DURATION: 6 months START DATE: July/August 2026 The Digital Experience Trainee will: · Understand users’ needs and how they interact with our website radissonhotels.com. · Manage the prioritization of requirements and transform them into product specifications. · Collaborate with product owners and designers to finalize product specifications into mock-ups. · Coordinate with the development team on implementation details and timelines. · Conduct quality tests. · Participate in creative projects to contribute to the overall product roadmap. · Analyze and report product usage, customer feedback, and success indicators to improve the product using tools like Dynatrace, Quantum Metrics, and Adobe. · Work cross-functional
