7+ years of experience specifically in digital medium design, An exceptional portfolio demonstrating creative work across multiple projects, with a specific focus on interface or screen-based experiences, Proven experience navigating complex digital ecosystems and connected devices, Deep understanding of type, grid, composition, and color, High level of initiative and the ability to prioritize workload to deliver results efficiently, Ability to build relationships and effectively navigate conflict with peers and partners, Outstanding verbal and written skills to make complex ideas consumable for a broad range of collaborators
