NEPM’s Content Department is committed to sharing the unique voices and stories of our diverse region. Our commitment to quality journalism will strengthen community connections at home, across the Commonwealth, and throughout New England. **JOB OVERVIEW** The Digital Producer creates, publishes, and promotes NEPM’s locally produced content across web and social platforms, supporting the organization’s multi‑platform mission to reach audiences wherever they are. The ideal candidate is highly collaborative, with strong audio and video production experience and a solid understanding of social media best practices. This is a full‑time, grant‑funded role anticipated to last one year, with potential extension based on performance and future funding. The position is on‑site and requires regular travel throughout Western Massachusetts. Reliable transportation is required. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Produce short‑form social videos, by filming, interviewing, and capturing A-roll and B‑roll on location. * Edit video content using Adobe Premiere and Canva, adhering to production style guidelines. * Conduct community interviews and build relationships within Western Massachusetts’ L
