What They're Looking For.
Must Have
1-2 years experience operating digital print equipment, Understanding of colour management, Understanding of media profiling, Understanding of print production workflows, Demonstrates a sense of accountability, Demonstrates ownership, Delivering results against agreed goals, Delivering results against deadlines, Organisational skills, Problem-solving skills, Ability to work independently, Thriving in a collaborative production team

We specialise in high-end silkscreen printing, producing stunning artworks for some of the world's most exciting contemporary artists. You will be based at the studio Monday-Friday. WHAT WE NEED We’re looking for a Digital Print Operator. We really do encourage everyone to proactively step outside of their job description if they see something that could be improved but the core of your role will involve: Digital Print Operations * Take ownership of digital print production across UV flatbed printers, Epson inkjet printers, and Canon toner printers. Operate, monitor, and maintain digital printing machinery to ensure consistent print quality, maximum equipment uptime, and efficient workflow management. Produce printed work to the required specifications, quality standards, and production schedules. * Support the production of films for hybrid print and silkscreen processes. * Carry out routine maintenance, calibration, and preventative servicing of digital print equipment to minim
