3-5 years of experience executing digital marketing campaigns, Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field

Nice to Have

Proficiency in Excel and other reporting experience with Looker, Tableau, or other BI platforms is a plus, Familiarity with Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, Programmatic Advertising, or Remarketing is a plus, Experience in recruitment or HR technology is a plus

The Digital Platform Strategist will support the execution and optimization of products within the AppcastOne suite to help drive measurable hiring outcomes for our clients. This role requires a strong foundation in recruitment marketing and digital advertising, attention to detail, an entrepreneurial mindset, and enthusiasm for analyzing performance and solving marketing challenges. The role will work cross-functionally with, but not limited to, Customer Success teams, Product, Sales, and Tech Solutions stakeholders to bring multi-channel campaigns to life. Job Requirements * Set up, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across products and features within the AppcastOne platform, including Xtend and Tech Enabled Career sites. * Contribute to the growth of multi-million dollar owned and operated Appcast products. * Management of remarketing strategies based on campaign goals and best practices. * Monitor performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and contribute insights to inform optimization recommendations. * Partner with account leads to align campaigns with broader funnel strategies and client objectives. * Make proactive recommendations to improve performance and digital marketing strategies. * Oversee creative briefing and QA processes to ensure campaigns are launched accurately and on time. * Partner with analytics and data teams to troubleshoot tracking issues and ensure campaign data integrity. * Stay up to date on
