Skills: execution and optimization of products within the AppcastOne suite, paid media campaigns, remarketing strategies, performance monitoring and reporting, digital marketing strategies. Set up, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across products and features within the AppcastOne platform, including Xtend and Tech Enabled Career sites. Contribute to the growth of multi-million dollar owned and operated Appcast products”

Eligibility Requirements

Travel for this position may include quarterly travel to attend internal and external meetings, however, this may vary based on business needs and opportunities, Salaried Non-Exempt: Personnel will earn their regular salary and be entitled to overtime pay when they work over 40 hours in a workweek

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field, 3-5 years of experience executing digital marketing campaigns, ideally in a B2B or recruitment marketing environment

Nice to Have

Familiarity with Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, Programmatic Advertising, or Remarketing is a plus but not required, Experience in recruitment or HR technology is a plus but not required

What You'll Do.

and optimize paid media campaigns across products and features within the AppcastOne platform

including Xtend and Tech Enabled Career sites

Contribute to the growth of multi-million dollar owned and operated Appcast products

Management of remarketing strategies based on campaign goals and best practices

Monitor performance metrics

prepare regular reports

and contribute insights to inform optimization recommendations

Partner with account leads to align campaigns with broader funnel strategies and client objectives

Make proactive recommendations to improve performance and digital marketing strategies

Oversee creative briefing and QA processes to ensure campaigns are launched accurately and on time

Partner with analytics and data teams to troubleshoot tracking issues and ensure campaign data integrity

Stay up to date on Product enhancements and emerging digital media sharing learnings with the broader team

Create internal process improvements and documentation as part of a growing media function

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

work cross-functionally with, but not limited to, Customer Success teams, Product, Sales, and Tech Solutions stakeholders; Partner with account leads; Partner with analytics and data teams; sharing learnings with the broader team; collaborating across disciplines
