This role requires a strong understanding of regulatory requirements, project management, and a focus on delivering high-quality digital solutions. **Job Responsibilities** 1\. Incident Management: \- Monitor digital platforms and raise tickets for incident management. \- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure timely resolution of incidents. 2\. Change Management: \- Manage change requests, clarifying requirements and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. \- Review Business Requirements Documents (BRD) for new application projects. 3\. User Acceptance Testing (UAT): \- Prepare and review UAT test cases, ensuring comprehensive coverage of functionalities. \- Validate UAT results and ensure alignment with project specificat
