**Job Description:** **Responsibilities** * Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms to maximize performance and ROI. * Analyze digital marketing data, including website analytics, campaign metrics, and customer behavior, to extract valuable insights and identify areas for improvement. * Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends and identify opportunities for strategic campaign optimization. * Strategically assess campaign progress and make data-driven optimizations to ensure optimal results. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies and ensure consistent tracking and reporting of digital performance across channels. **Requirements** * Associate degree or above in any discipline, major in Marketing or Communications would be an advantage. * Fluent in English and Cantonese & Mandarin, both written and spoken language skills. * Relevant experience and technical understanding of Performance Marketing / e-Commerce. * Strong numerical skills and attention to detail, proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint. **Location:** Hong Kong **Brand:** Iprospect **Time Type:** Full time **Contract Type:** Permanent
