What You'll Do.
Support the end-to-end promotion creation process for Casino and including design
fulfillment and merchandising in the app and web
Monitor and audit our platform content to ensure team KPIs on timing and accuracy are met or exceeded
Support daily management of the Sportsbook and Casino homepage priorities
Contribute to improving the quality and efficiency of internal Marketing Operations processes and tooling to deliver promotions at scale and improve quality of life for team members
Act as a key source of knowledge on the customer experience and provide feedback on strategic issues and opportunities across the business

THE POSITION Our roster has an opening with your name on it We are looking for a Digital Operations Coordinator to join the Marketing Operations team to help bring FanDuel’s promotional strategy to life. This includes ensuring our customers are top of mind, have a positive experience and continue to choose FanDuel as their go-to Sportsbook and Casino. In addition to the specific responsibilities outlined above, employees may be required to perform other such duties as assigned by the Company. This ensures operational flexibility and allows the Company to meet evolving business needs.
