What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Experience monitoring and tracking KPIs, Experience with image editing tools
Nice to Have
Experience using CMS tools is a plus
What You'll Do.
Support the end-to-end promotion creation process for Casino and including design
fulfillment and merchandising in the app and web
Monitor and audit our platform content to ensure team KPIs on timing and accuracy are met or exceeded
Support daily management of the Sportsbook and Casino homepage priorities
Contribute to improving the quality and efficiency of internal Marketing Operations processes and tooling to deliver promotions at scale and improve quality of life for team members
Act as a key source of knowledge on the customer experience and provide feedback on strategic issues and opportunities across the business
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Collaborate closely with key partners in Marketing, Product, Customer Service, Commercial, and Risk for short and long term initiatives
