What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum 5 years of experience in digital motion graphics animation or related digital graphic design roles, portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital motion graphics, animation, and visual storytelling, Proficiency in industry-standard animation and design software such as Adobe Creative Suite- Illustrator, Photoshop, etc., Working knowledge of Figma digital design tool for visual creation of websites and digital products, practical knowledge of UX/UI design principles, Experience collaborating effectively across many cross-functional teams, Experience working in Agile environments and iterative design processes, Excellent communication skills and the ability to present ideas clearly to both leadership and client teams, Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Digital Media, or a related field preferred

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging motion graphics and animations for digital platforms that support digital marketing, product, customer experience and user interfaces, as well as visual storytelling efforts. This is a full-time, remote consulting role. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
