As a **Digital Media Trader** , you’ll have the responsibility to implement, execute, and optimize the media activations of some of our most important leading brands. P&G is looking for a self-motivated, results-driven individual to work on the regional digital media team. You’ll be responsible for bringing innovation to the plans, staying in touch with industry, and assessing consumer & competitive trends. As a **Digital Media** Trader you will: * Be responsible for full funnel campaign management and execution in all main digital media platforms for Programmatic, Search, Social, and Video. * Work alongside Digital Planners to ensure digital campaigns to effectively reach the identified target audience and deliver strong media results. * Analyze, track, and optimize campaigns on an ongoing basis. Measure the campaigns' performance. Proactively make strategic recommendations to meet campaign goals and improve performances. * Bringing innovative ideas about campaign strategies and staying ahead of the competition by analyzing, keeping pace, and regularly documenting industry trends. Connect externally to stay on top of industry & consumers trends. * Continuously improve media processes, solve problems, and troubleshoot to achieve a streamlined operation. * Act as a steward of brand media investments to build channel allocations and adapt to budget changes as needed. **Job Qualifications** _Mandatory_ * Experience in media of 3+ years.
