What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree required, Fans First mindset, Photography/videography experience, Excellent organization, time management, and communication skills, willingness to learn and work in a team environment, understanding of social media platforms, trends, and strategy (Instagram, X, TikTok, etc.), Knowledge and experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.), Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed aligning with game schedules and department events
Nice to Have
Previous intercollegiate athletics or professional sports experience, with an interest in sports marketing and/or collegiate athletic administration as a career path, Knowledge of the functions of a collegiate athletics department, Previous experience with fan engagement and game-day operations

Design and create digital collateral

Assist in creating social media calendar
Contribute creative ideas
Collaborate with external team
Maintain and organize video archives
Ensure content adheres to brand guidelines
Contribute to corporate partnership efforts
Assist in creation of video board content
Assist other departments with content requests
Assists in special events
