This is a hands-on, execution-first role — not strategy-only. You will: * Run and scale Google Ads campaigns * Manage social media engagement and content execution * Improve SEO and organic visibility * Continuously test, analyze, and optimize performance If you live in dashboards, care about metrics, and constantly iterate to improve results — this role is built for you. ### **What You’ll Own** ### **1\. Google Ads & Paid Search (Primary Focus)** * Manage campaigns across: * Search * Display * Remarketing * Conduct keyword research and structure campaigns for performance * Write and test high-converting ad copy * Optimize key metrics: * CPC * CTR * Conversions * ROAS * Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and targeting * Identify and implement performance improvements ### **2\.
