### **Digital Marketing Specialist (Google Ads, SEO, Social Media) – Remote | Performance Marketing** **Position Type:** Full-Time, Remote **Working Hours:** U.S. Business Hours ### **About the Role** At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist to execute and optimize campaigns across paid, social, and organic channels. This is a hands-on, execution-first role — not strategy-only. You will: * Run and scale Google Ads campaigns * Manage social media engagement and content execution * Improve SEO and organic visibility * Continuously test, analyze, and optimize performance If you live in dashboards, care about metrics, and constantly iterate to improve results — this role is built for you. ### **What You’ll Own** ### **1\. Google Ads & Paid Search (Primary Focus)** * Manage campaigns across: * Search * Display * Remarketing * Conduct keyword research and structure campaigns for performance * Write and test high-converting ad copy * Optimize key metrics: * CPC * CTR * Conversions * ROAS * Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and targeting * Identify and implement performance improvements ### **2\. Social Media Execution & Engagement** * Manage engagement across: * Instagram * Facebook * LinkedIn * Respond to comments, DMs, and audience interactions * Support: * Content scheduling * Caption writing * Post optimization * Monitor engagement metrics and audience growth ### **3\. SEO & Organic Growth** * Conduct keyword research using tools like: * SEMrush * Optimize: * Metadata * Content * Internal linking * Support technical SEO improvements * Track: * Keyword rankings * Organic traffic * Identify content gaps and growth opportunities ### **4\.
