### **Digital Marketing Specialist (Google Ads, SEO & Social Media) – Remote** **Position Type:** Full-Time, Remote **Working Hours:** U.S. Business Hours ### **About the Role** We’re hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, SEO, and social media channels. This is a hands-on execution role focused on driving traffic, engagement, lead generation, and campaign performance across paid and organic channels. You’ll work directly on: • Google Ads campaigns • SEO optimization • Social media engagement and growth • Performance tracking and reporting If you enjoy optimizing campaigns, improving ROAS, testing creatives, analyzing dashboards, and scaling marketing performance — this role is built for you. ### **What You’ll Do** ### **Google Ads & Paid Search (Primary Focus)** • Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, and Remarketing • Conduct keyword research and campaign structuring • Write and test high-converting ad copy • Optimize CPC, CTR, conversions, CPA, and ROAS • Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and audience targeting • Identify and execute campaign performance improvements ### **Social Media Management & Engagement** • Manage engagement across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn • Respond to comments, DMs, and audience interactions • Support content scheduling, captions, and post optimization • Monitor engagement metrics and audience growth ### **SEO & Organic Growth** • Conduct keyword research using SEMrush or similar SEO tools • Optimize metadata, content, headings, and internal linking • Support technical SEO improvements and on-page optimization • Track rankings, organic traffic, and SEO performance • Identify content opportunities and keyword gaps ### **Reporting & Analytics** • Track campaign performance across paid, social, and organic channels • Analyze performance data using Google Analytics 4 • Prepare reports with insights, recommendations, and optimization plans • Maintain organi
