This role is ideal for a proactive, analytical thinker capable of developing, analyzing, and refining marketing strategies based on quantifiable data. In this role, you will craft high-quality marketing materials and manage the dynamic needs of our campaigns, all within a flexible, virtual work environment. Position Details: - Compensation: $25 – $40 per hour (dependent on experience and portfolio strength) - Hours: 10–30 hours per week (offers flexibility to fit your schedule) - Location: Remote   KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Customer Acquisition: Develop and refine a data-driven customer acquisition strategy tailored specifically to key segments within the NYC parenting and education markets. - Content Creation: Produce and manage compelling marketing content—including short-form videos, images, and brand narratives—that highlights the transformative impact of our programs. - SEO Optimization: Implement SEO best practices, conduct comprehensive keyword research, and optimize website content to maximize organic search visibility. - Channel Management: Manage and optimize our digital channels (primarily Instagram and YouTube), continuously evaluating engagement metrics to agilely adjust strategies. - Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze cross-channel campaign performance and SEO effectiveness, translatin
