This position is directly involved in the execution, automation, optimization, and analysis of digital campaigns, supporting demand generation, lead conversion, and strengthening Alfa Laval’s digital presence. **Key Responsibilities** As part of the Marketing team, you will be responsible for: * Setting up, implementing, and maintaining **marketing automation workflows** to nurture leads and increase conversions * Monitoring and optimizing automated campaigns, identifying improvement opportunities through **data analysis** * Collaborating with web developers and designers to implement website enhancements focused on **user experience and conversion optimization** * Executing **SEO updates** , optimizing landing pages and other website elements * Creating and optimizing **digital assets** for websites, social media, and email marketing campaigns * Developing **graphic materials and layouts** , including digital and print collateral * Setting up, maintaining, and optimizing **paid media campaigns** focused on lead generation, including: * Google Ads * LinkedIn Ads **Requirements** Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience, along with: * Proven experience wi
