In this role, you will be responsible for driving digital visibility, website traffic, lead generation and content performance through data-driven marketing activities. You will work closely with regional stakeholders, external agencies and global teams to execute campaigns, optimize digital assets and ensure marketing efforts translate into measurable business results. This position combines digital marketing execution, performance analysis, event coordination and stakeholder management, making it an excellent opportunity for a professional eager to contribute to the growth and visibility of a global industrial brand while bringing new ideas, technologies and innovative ways of working. **Key Responsibilities** As part of the Marketing team, you will: * Support the execution and optimization of digital marketing initiatives across Hispanic America. * Monitor, analyze and improve website traffic, campaign performance and digital marketing KPIs. * Create and optimize impactful content with a strong storytelling approach across multiple channels and target audiences. * Drive content performance by transforming marketing initiatives into measurable business results. * Set up, maintain and optimize paid media campaigns, including Google Ads
