Full Job Description

How You’ll Support Our Mission ESO is looking for a Digital Marketing Project Manager who operates at the intersection of strategy, technology, and execution. In this role, you’ll own the end-to-end digital strategy for our diverse audiences, translating C-suite business goals into high-impact digital programs that drive measurable pipeline growth. You’ll work across paid media, SEO, web, CRM, and marketing automation, bringing together cross-functional teams and agency partners from project kickoff through to results. We’re looking for someone who brings both the strategic clarity to define a long-term roadmap and the operational discipline to execute it, while being able to report back to leadership with data that ties digital investment directly to business outcomes. If you’ve built and owned digital programs in B2B SaaS or the healthcare/public safety tech space, thrive at the crossroads of marketing and technology, and know how to hold teams accountable to real performance benchmarks, we’d love to hear from you. This is a remote position, with candidates required to be based in the Czech Republic. What You’ll Be Doing - The Day to Day Own the Digital Strategy: Lead and execute a comprehensive digital strategy for multiple audience segments, owning the big-picture roadmap and channel-level tactics. Drive Business Impact: Serve as a direct link between C-suite priorities and day-to-day digital execution. Turn high-level business goals into scoped, deliverable projects with clear outcomes. End-to-End Project Ownership: Take projects from concept to completion, defining scope, setting KPIs, managing budgets, and driving timelines across internal teams and agency partners. Marketing Technology Leadership: Own the integration and day-to-day performance of our marketing tech stack, including CRM, CDP, and automation platforms.
