THE ROLE Ncontracts' webinar program is one of our highest-performing demand channels, consistently driving pipeline across every segment we serve. This role owns the execution of it from end to end. As Digital Marketing Programs Manager, you'll be the operational backbone of a webinar engine that runs 20+ events per year, coordinating everything from platform setup and speaker prep to post-event follow-up and funnel reporting. You'll work directly with executive leadership, external industry experts, and our BDR and AE teams to make every webinar a precision-executed, revenue-contributing event, not just a content play. The webinar program doesn't operate in isolation. Between events, you'll own the channels that keep our audiences warm and our brand visible — managing social media, activating employee advocacy, and building the kind of community presence that turns a one-time webinar attendee into a long-term Ncontracts follower.
