Full Job Description

## Accountabilities Own and manage end-to-end digital marketing execution across paid media, organic channels, and website performance optimization Plan, set up, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta platforms, YouTube, and other digital channels Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, bidding strategy setup, and performance optimization for paid campaigns Monitor and improve website engagement, conversion rates, and user journey performance across key landing pages Analyze funnel performance, identify drop-off points, and recommend improvements to increase conversion efficiency Collaborate with marketing operations, product marketing, web development, and sales teams to align campaigns and reporting Implement tracking, analytics, and attribution frameworks using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and CRM integrations Explore and apply AI-driven tools and automation opportunities to enhance marketing performance and efficiency Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field 4–8+ years of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing roles Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and YouTube campaign management Solid knowledge of Google Analytics, conversion tracking, and website performance analysis Experience in conversion rate optimization (CRO) and landing page optimization strategies Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret campaign data and derive actionable insights Ability to manage multiple campaigns and work cross-functionally with technical and marketing teams Experience with WordPress or similar CMS platforms is a plus Benefits: Competitive salary package aligned with experience Performance-based incentives linked to marketing impact and lead generation results Opportunity to work on high-impact, data-driven digital marketing programs Exposure to AI-driven marketing tools and advanced optimization technologies Collab
