They operate across multiple social platforms, run a branded mobile app, and produce consistent multimedia content — from Sunday worship experiences to daily social posts. With an engaged online audience and ambitious growth goals, they are investing in the right talent to take their digital footprint to the next level. Role Overview: The Digital Marketing Manager will own the full digital presence of the organization, leading social media strategy, content distribution, website management, and creative project coordination across all platforms. This is a high-impact, high-ownership role for a digital marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. The Digital Marketing Manager will serve as the connective tissue between content creation, publishing, analytics, and brand consistency. Fully Remote (Work from Home) | 9AM–5PM EST Key Responsibilities: Social Media Management - Plan, schedule, and publish daily content across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Tumblr for both the organization and its leadership channels. - Execute posts during peak engagement windows to maximize organic reach and audience growth across all integrated platforms. - Monitor engagement metrics and audience growth, adjusting strategy based on performance data.
