5+ years ecommerce experience, 5+ years digital marketing experience, Hands-on paid media management, Hands-on email marketing management, Proven ecommerce revenue growth, Proven conversion optimization success, SEO experience, SEM experience, Content marketing experience, Advanced analytical skills, Experience using GA4, Experience using marketing dashboards, Experience with lead generation campaigns, Experience with integrated digital media, Experience with CRO tactics, Ability to work fast-paced environment, Ability to demonstrate analytical skills, Ability to demonstrate technical knowledge, Ability to demonstrate attention to detail

Nice to Have

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Bachelor's degree in similar discipline, Retail experience preferred, Franchised environments experience preferred, Digital Marketing Certifications, Franchise experience a plus

Leverage personalization

Leverage CRO best practices

Improve conversion rate

Report on ecommerce KPIs
