At their core, they believe that private jet charter should be three things: simple, quick, and luxurious. As such, they’ve made it their mission to deliver each in spades. As a leader in private jet charter at the touch of a button, our client offers mobile and web-based charter booking, complete with end-to-end support, from inquiry to take off. _**Duties and Responsibilities:**_ **1\. Campaign Planning & Strategy (30%)** · Translate leadership ideas into structured weekly marketing plans · Propose campaign angles, messaging, and offers · Identify growth opportunities across: ○ SEO ○ Email marketing ○ Paid ads (support level) ○ PR / backlinks · Recommend improvements based on performance data **2\. Campaign Execution (70%)** · Build and launch email campaigns (HubSpot / Klaviyo) · Set up landing pages (Webflow or similar) · Publish and optimize blog content (SEO-driven) · Assist with basic paid ads setup and coordination · Execute promotional campaigns (jet cards, memberships, etc.) **3\. CRM & Funnel Management (nice to have)** · Manage HubSpot: ○ Lists, workflows, lead segmentation ○ Lead routing and pipeline hygiene · Ensure all leads are properly tracked and assigned · Support sales pipeline flow (Pipeline A → B handoff) **4\. Content & SEO Operations** · Upload and format blog content in CMS · Optimize content using Surfer SEO or similar tools · Repurpose content into: ○ Emails ○ Social posts · Maintain internal linking and content structure · SEO/LLM Site Audits and Fixes **5\. PR & O
