We are not an outsourcing agency. All of our roles are 100% remote so you'll be able to work from home. Who The Client Is: Melbourne-based commercial gym equipment supplier, providing premium fitness products to leading health club networks across Australia including Snap Fitness, Jetts, Fitness First, and Goodlife. The business is in a growth phase and looking to bring marketing activity in-house under one skilled operator. Role Overview: We're looking for a digital marketing all-rounder who can take ownership of our online presence and outbound marketing activity. You'll work directly with the leadership team to consolidate what was previously spread across multiple agencies into a single, cohesive function Key Responsibilities: * Social media management across Instagram and Facebook, plus building out YouTube presence * Website updates and content management on the Shopify platform, ensuring product pages, blogs, landing pages, and site content remain accurate, current, and optimized * Content creation: graphic design, short-form video, product imagery direction * Email and EDM campaigns via Klaviyo, including list management and automation * Website updates and content management (keeping product pages, blogs, and landing pages current) * Blog writing and SEO-friendly content to support organic traffic * Trade show and event communications, including pre- and post-event campaigns * Coordination with ex
