Must Have
3+ years of experience in digital marketing, ideally within e-commerce, fashion, or lifestyle industries, expertise in Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram), Solid understanding of Shopify (product management, themes, and apps), Proficiency in design tools such as Canva, Adobe Express, or similar platforms, Experience using AI tools for content creation (image and video production), Proven success in growing social media accounts organically, analytical skills using tools such as Meta Business Suite and Google Analytics 4, Excellent written English for marketing copy and content creation, Highly self-directed with ownership and execution capability
Nice to Have
Experience with email marketing platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or Omnisend), Knowledge of SEO for e-commerce websites, Experience managing influencer or UGC campaigns, Familiarity with Pinterest and TikTok advertising, Exposure to Australian or international fashion/lifestyle brands, Portfolio demonstrating social growth, campaigns, and performance results
