What You'll Achieve.
ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on brand and with clear visibility of performance; support campaign automation, data quality, reporting, process improvement and adoption of HubSpot best practices; support NEXTGEN channel, corporate, vendor, partner and business unit objectives; translate campaign objectives into effective digital journeys, assets and reporting; ensuring digital activity is executed within agreed timeframes and supports engagement, MQL, SQL, opportunity and pipeline outcomes; improve engagement, conversion and marketing-influenced pipeline

What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3+ years of experience across B2B digital marketing, highly organised, curious, accountable, comfortable managing multiple stakeholders, priorities, campaigns and deadlines, understand the power of marketing automation, CRM, reporting and digital channels, high say/do ratio, know how to collaborate with channel marketing, corporate marketing, vendor, sales, operations, agencies and business unit teams to deliver high-quality outcomes

What You'll Do.
execute and optimise ANZ-focused digital marketing campaigns
Develop and manage digital campaign assets
LinkedIn campaign assets
digital advertising copy and reporting dashboards
Own day-to-day campaign build and execution in NEXTGEN marketing automation platforms
Provide HubSpot and associated marketing technology support to regional marketing users
Support vendor-funded and partner-facing campaigns
Support Corporate Marketing activity
including brand campaigns
internal communications and broader NEXTGEN digital presence across ANZ
Use data and analytics to interrogate campaign performance
optimise activity and provide recommendations
Maintain reporting visibility for internal and external stakeholders
Support marketing data quality and hygiene
Assist with event marketing execution across ANZ
Collaborate with external agencies
copywriters and suppliers to brief
coordinate and deliver approved campaign components
Contribute to the testing
rollout and adoption of new HubSpot features
processes and playbooks
Identify opportunities to improve NEXTGEN automation
reporting processes and campaign workflows
Work closely and collaboratively with the NEXTGEN Marketing team across ANZ and support ad hoc digital marketing
reporting and campaign execution requirements as needed
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Works closely with Channel Marketing, Corporate Marketing, Vendor Business Managers, Sales, oSpace, Operations, external agencies and selected vendor and partner contacts; Value stakeholder relationships; Know how to collaborate with channel marketing, corporate marketing, vendor, sales, operations, agencies and business unit teams to deliver high-quality outcomes; Collaborate with external agencies, designers, copywriters and suppliers; Contribute to the testing, rollout and adoption of new HubSpot features, tools, templates, standards, processes and playbooks, in collaboration with the HubSpot Marketing Lead and regional HubSpot Super Users; Work closely and collaboratively with the NEXTGEN Marketing team across ANZ
