**Digital Marketing Data Analyst — Global Marketing, Warsaw, Poland** In the role of Digital Marketing Data Analyst in the Global Marketing — Digital Media team, you will contribute to our purpose of Bringing People Closer. You will serve as the data and measurement backbone of our digital media practice — owning reporting infrastructure, designing experiments, and leading advanced measurement initiatives like data clean rooms. **The Team You Will Be Part Of** You will join a high-impact digital media team at SteelSeries covering paid search, paid social, programmatic, and global media operations. The team values data-driven decision-making and collaboration across global stakeholders. **Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:** * Build and improve performance reporting across channels, including Power BI dashboards that drive decisions * Define KPI frameworks and identify trends, anomalies, and optimization opportunities * Design and analyze A/B tests and deliver clear, actionable recommendations * Support data clean room initiatives and incrementality measurement * Write SQL queries to develop unified cross-platform performance insights * Collaborate with engineering on data pipelines and tracking frameworks * Translate analysis into clear insights for stakeholders and leadership **To perform well in the role, we imagine that you:** * Have a strong background in digital or media analytics * Are proficient in SQL and working with data warehouses * Have experience building dashboards in BI tools * Understand paid media platforms and their data outputs * Are comfortable designing and analyzing experiments * Can communicate insights clearly to technical and non-technical audiences * It is beneficial to have experience with data clean rooms, attribution models, or statistical tools like Python or R At GN we pride ourselves on encouraging flexible working whenever possible.
