Must Have

Experience working with digital marketing campaigns, understanding of campaign performance metrics and digital funnels, Highly organized with attention to detail, Comfortable working with data, dashboards, and CRM tools, communication skills (written and verbal), Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively, Problem-solving mindset and proactive attitude

Nice to Have

Experience with Meta Ads campaign management or support roles, Familiarity with CRM platforms, Understanding of tracking systems (Meta Pixel, Conversion API, UTMs), Basic understanding of funnel strategy and performance marketing, Experience improving lead quality, not just volume, operational mindset (processes, workflows, SOPs), Ability to spot inefficiencies and improve systems, Comfortable working in fast-paced, multi-client environments, ownership mentality (you treat accounts like they’re your own)

What You'll Do.

Oversee the daily health and performance of Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram)

Monitor key metrics and identify issues

and optimization needs

Support campaign setup

and ongoing optimization

Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate client and lead data

Ensure proper tracking of leads

and campaign attribution

Clean and organize data to support reporting and decision-making

Act as a point of contact for client updates and operational communication

Provide clear updates on campaign status

Coordinate campaign launches

and ongoing optimizations

Track deliverables and ensure campaigns are executed on time

Support testing initiatives (creatives

Track campaign performance metrics (CPL

Compile performance summaries and insights for internal and client use

Work closely with performance specialists to ensure campaigns are properly executed; Coordinate internal solutions; Support reporting processes
