As **Digital Manager** in our**Sydney** office**,** you will own the build, delivery and optimisation of digital campaigns for your client patch. Reporting into the Senior Digital Manager (or Digital Director) to ensure accurate campaign setups, collaborate with the Digital, Programmatic Lead and Group Digital Director. The ideal candidate is **Programmatic-leaning** , and a digital-first thinker with a broad understanding of the digital ecosystem and experience across platforms. You will combine technical expertise with strong stakeholder engagement skills, confidently presenting results and recommendations to internal teams and external clients. **Core responsibilities:** * Manage, execute and measure key digital channels with a focus on Programmatic. * Partner client in developing clear objectives for campaign briefs ensuring alignment with overall brand and digital strategy. * Complete the journey in mapping out tactical recommendations around audience, environment and creative mix for briefs. * Participate and be the lead in client WIPs and PCAs bringing insights, optimisations and recommendations. **A bit about you:** * A passionate digital practitioner with a strong Programmatic expertise, with experience in bringing digital media campaigns to success end to end. * Technical knowledge around key platforms such as DV360. * Both data and commercial driven mindset to demonstrate ability in deploying media success towards business objectives. * Excellent stakeholder engagement and client management, comfortable with reporting and presentations to external stakeholders. **What’s
