As **Digital Manager** in our award-winning**Adelaide** team, you’ll lead day-to-day digital activity across Carat Adelaide's portfolio, with primary responsibility for Federal Group. The role facilitates all digital execution and supports activity across the wider portfolio. **Responsibilities:** * Own end-to-end digital campaign management across Google and Meta. Lead digital planning input into the FY27 brand planning cycle * Coordinate digital planning, delivery and strategy with creative, data and PR streams within an integrated model * Build, optimise and report on campaigns to brief, budget and timeline * Partner directly with clients on briefs, recommendations and performance reviews * Mentor and support junior members of the digital team, providing guidance across channels, tools, and best practices **A bit about you:** * 4+ years of digital media experience, including within agency * Hands-on platform expertise across Google Ads and Meta; capable of building, optimising and running across campaign types. Familiar with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads tools * Confident communicator, proactive and intuitive.
