This role supports the end-to-end lifecycle of integration requests — from intake and business case validation through prioritisation, delivery oversight, and adoption. The position plays a key role in helping the team scale by bringing structure, clarity, and AI-enabled approaches to a fast-paced and evolving environment. You will work closely with IT, Digital, Product, and Commercial teams, navigating changing priorities and ambiguity while maintaining a strong focus on business outcomes.
