What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning & Development, Communication, Human Resources, or related field, Minimum 2+ years' experience as an instructional designer (or similar L&D role) designing digital learning for adult audiences, Fluent in English (speaking and writing), Demonstrated experience with learning authoring tools and an LMS/LXP, Proven portfolio or samples of digital learning assets and curriculum work
Nice to Have
Prior experience designing learning about digital skills, AI fundamentals, data literacy or productivity/collaboration tools, Experience working in a global/ matrix organization and familiarity with localizing content, Familiarity with Bloom or Takeda learning platforms and governance practices
