experience in solution architecture, system integration, complex delivery environments, vendor management, large-scale digital or data platform delivery, AI / data-driven solutions, modern engineering practices, enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, Data, Digital Commerce), multi-cloud architecture (e.g. Azure and Alibaba Cloud), scalable solutions across global platforms and China digital ecosystems, China digital ecosystems (e.g. Alibaba, Tencent, Douyin), people manager, team leadership, coaching, talent development, operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, drive outcomes, stakeholder management across business, tech, and global teams, decompose monolithic applications, transforming legacy applications into modern, modular applications, application architecture leadership, expertise, solutions on complex initiatives, technical foundation, guide the implementation of new and emergent technologies, Digital Marketing, Consumer centric data insight, digital commerce business understanding, Supply Chain, RTM, Finance Ops, FMCG/Consumer Health industry experience, Agile ways of working, digital product lifecycle value scale up, lead the setting up the value tracking framework, lead direct reports and non-direct reports team, align on the common goal, achieve the expected outcome, Senior leadership stakeholder management, Approach challenges head on with creativity, ideation, determination, passion, Enjoy coding, learning agility in new technology, coach others

partnering closely with commercial Tech BP; collaboration with global and local stakeholders; stakeholder management across business, tech, and global teams; Senior leadership stakeholder management with global CTO, enterprise architect board, local D&T and cross functional business leadership stakeholders
