Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in biology, pathology, anatomy, biomedical sciences, histology, medical sciences, animal science, chemistry, microbiology, biochemistry, 1 or more years of experience in photographic principles and techniques, digital imaging technology and systems, 1 or more years of experience in technical writing, data and complex protocol interpretation
Nice to Have
3 or more months of experience in performing scientific presentations and preparing scientific illustrations for publication
What You'll Do.
Perform study-related Client
or Pathologist requested gross macroscopic photography.
Perform study-related Client
or Pathologist requested photomicrography.
Perform study-related Client
or Pathologist requested digital slide scanning.
Performs digital photography related to training or other managerial needs.
Performs digital image processing including the assembly of photographic material intended for Client delivery.
Performs digital pathology system administration
aids Pathologists staff in digital pathology functions.
Support Digital Imaging Services including scheduling
SOP/Policy development
necessary liaison roles (QA/Study Direction/Client/Pathologist/Management/Security)
equipment acquisition
new technique/procedure development
and other duties as deemed necessary.
Maintains client contacts and establishes new contacts for specific services.
Reviews digital imaging projects (including images and related data)
ensures compliance with protocol
and regulatory requirements prior to client submission.
Provides administrative support to the pathologists.
