What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum 3 years’ experience in clinical trials, clinical operations or digital health delivery, Practical experience implementing digital health tools such as eConsent, eCOA, telemedicine or connected devices, Proven project or programmer management skills, including planning and coordinating multi-stakeholder work, Fluent English, both written and spoken
Nice to Have
Advanced degree in life sciences, health informatics, computer science or related field, Experience working within pharma, CRO or academic research organization on decentralized trials, Familiarity with clinical quality standards and regulations, including Good Clinical Practice, Experience managing vendors and contracts for software, device or service delivery, Hands-on knowledge of digital platform configuration and study integration processes, Experience translating protocol requirements into digital solution specifications
What You'll Do.
Lead delivery of digital health and remote clinical solutions
configure and deploy solutions such as telemedicine
electronic clinical outcome assessments and connected devices
configuration and deployment of digital health solutions across studies
Create and maintain study-level digital health plans
technical specifications and implementation timelines
Manage and coordinate third-party vendors to meet scope
escalate and mitigate risks and issues that could affect delivery
quality or participant experience
Provide technical feasibility assessments
Train study teams on digital health capabilities
