You would be responsible for creating, testing, integrating and maintaining hardware designs for tactical radios. Enhancing cohesiveness and maintaining team morale is a responsibility of all our team members, as is the ambition for self-improvement and talent development. The essential duties and responsibilities include: Develops system and module level requirements and specifications. Designs and simulates digital circuits and systems, including associated analog and power circuits Creates required design documentation. Verifies and Validates product performance through debug, test and analysis at the component, module and system level. Leads small project teams, mentors junior engineers. Performs other duties as assigned. Develops relationships with team members built on trust and respect.
